Are the staff trained? It’s extremely hard to order here as they seem to have no idea what they actually do. The chances of you receiving the correct order are very slim. From my KFC app I asked for the zinger tower box meal for 1 zinger burger, 2 wings, chips, a side and a drink i asked for the side to be rice. I received the burger, a portion of rice and the drink. I queried this as I am missing half of my meal and two staff members said no this is correct. My meal was so wrong and missing the chicken wings and chips. Very disappointed.

Pretty standard KFC, however food here was good - not always the case in every KFC. Not many other customers so can't really comment on the atmosphere. But hey, hot tasty chicken, what more could you ask for? Food: 5/5

‘Hello! Is anyone serving?’.. This is the question that was met with utter contempt by the staff after I waiting 5minutes to be acknowledged!! It wasn’t the waiting, it was the not knowing if I could order by the counter or if I had to use the self order screens that was the issue. No clear direction. No acknowledgment at the counter.. And then to be treated like I was an inconvenience for asking… Great job guys!!! Bravo.. see you in another 5 years when I might attempt your cold cardboard like fries again, or not.

I can not believe that this place is allowed to hold the kfc brand  name...the attitude of the staff is disgusting...and the 'manager' was the worst of all. I was a witness to how she treated 3 young polite girls and was in total disbelief......I walked out I just couldn't give my custom to something I found totally unacceptable. Really do think someone needs to be looking into this shop...something is not looking or sounding right about it.

Staff Don't interact with you, they just expect you to use the screens. When food is ready it's just put in paper bag and left on counter, no condiments or even a napkin put in bag.Food: 3/5

Updated! Just order from here again, my mistake. Ordered 5 pieces of chicken and they sent 5 legs. Unbelievable. Sent the wrong food again. The food they sent was cold but to be fair it's the first time in ages that the chips were fully cooked, normally they are barely cooked properly. Worst chips or of all the fast food chain outlets and probably the smallest portion, not that it normally matters because they are so bad you don't want to eat many anyway, what are KFC doing?

Been going to this one for 2 years, most of the times the food is fresh but sometimes once every 5 to 6 months its not so fresh.Food: 4/5

We do  a lot of takeaway dinner and we like the food ,but the last four times; we have loss the drink once ,the rest or the hamburger on the menu piece of chicken is a shame because we like it but I see it A scam on the part of the workers....very bad

Disgusting food ,cold chips,chicken all black inside chewy,dry bun and to top it all a HUMAN HAIR AVOID YUK YUKFood: 2/5
