Love love love KFC... after a very bad experience at a certain branch, I started going to this one and they don't fail to please. Chicken is top notch wait time... well none as the food is hanging out the window as you drive round to the next window... the only criticism I have is the chips... no matter what branch we go , always have unappealing chips but they only a side option for me Parking: The carpark is fairly small but alot of people uses the hotel carpark if it's full. Spaces maybe limited to peak times but should be fine
A quirky little restaurant on the hillside. Went inside to order where everyone was busy cleaning away. Got a 4 piece meal, chips rather poor quality but chicken was good. Gravy however tasted tangy and off even though expiry time on it says its fine. That got thrown away anyhow! Parking: Parking was available on this quiet Sunday lunchtime. I would imagine it gets pretty hectic for parking in this small area when it gets busy. Disabled parking available at front of store.
Quite simply the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. As a fairly new KFC fan the standards here compared to other local KFCs are difficult to believe it’s the same brand. The food doesn’t taste fresh and was warm at best, no hand wipes, staff on their personal phones walking around the restaurant, customer service short and inpatient. I was served by a male who genuinely left me feeling agitated. Wouldn’t use it again under any circumstance. Everything about it just felt poor standard.
Worst kfc I've ever been to. Been numerous times and it gets no better, staff are useless and half soaked. Get the orders wrong consistently. Check food before you leave. By the time they eventually get the wrong part of the order right. The rest of your food is cold. Speak to a manager and all they say is sorry. Don't actually do anything about it‍
Went for a takeaway whilst returning from our holliday in Cyprus girl who served us wasn't that helpful really, we have Blue Light which gives emergency services a small discount. I checked on the bluelight app and it said show your card on order but when I did she told me I had to do it through the KFC app which at the time I didn't have downloaded, I told her that bluelight said just show your card but she was having none of it. Needles to say I didn't get my discount. Not happy at all. On the plus side though the food was really good.
Clean tidy restaurant, staff seemed to enjoy working there which is nice to see. Quick friendly service.Food: 5/5
Great place. Food was brilliant and the customer service was good. I would recommend this KFC location.
Customer service was terrible, the employee that took the order jay had me waiting 15 minutes for my order to be taken and was rude and couldn't complete the order so another employee had to take over. Disgraceful service
This place is a joke, always problems, I've even had them overcharge me & miss half the order!!!!!...... Once again tonight food missing...l really cannot understand the hard part in getting a order right, I thought it was only weather forecasters that constantly screw up!, No this lot here take some beating.... Pathetic place definitely a KFC to avoid everyone!
What a disgusting meal ive just been served the corn looks like its been half eaten by a neanderthol man and soaked in water for the past 2 weeks, the burger is flat and of poor quality and lacking most things a zinger burger should, if this was gordon ramsay reveiwing the chef would be wearing the food, avoid like the plague!!
