Hello It was the worst experience I have had in a long time here in this branch the chicken is black and very dry as if they had put it in oil twice the meaning that it had been fried since the morning and when at least 6 hours had passed, they heated again in the oil, and I did not dare to touch it I tried The chicken wings were the same color and had no taste whatsoever and the same chicken breast in terms of color and smell the service is excellent I mean the people at the front but they seem to have the worst cook. Kind regard
hadn't had kfc for ages, so decided to see if it was still as good. had a few of the offers. fed 3 adults for about £20. well worth the visit. staff were polite and friendly. will definitely go again. plenty parking.Food: 5/5
I had the worse experience at this KFC. On saturday 13th July last week, I ordered food for my mother at the drive-through; I paid with my card and waited and waited at the window to collect the food. After about 7 minutes, the young woman returned and said my card didn't work. I looked on my banking app and it showed that the payment was pending; no surprise as it was Saturday, I showed it to the assistant, she closed the window. 10 minutes went by, no food and no one returned to speak to me. The queue behind me was building up. I got out my car and knocked the window. Eventually someone ca.me to speak to me. I couldn't believe they'd just left me there! The man told me that their till haven't taken any money, I said they had because my bank said its pending, but if they said it hadnt, could i pay for my order, I had £10 only, and if they could allow me to bring the money later as my mum aged 99 was waiting for thd food. Then we could sort out the pending amount as it would show up by the Monday . To cut a long story short he said he'd speak to the manager. Another 10 minutes the on duty manager refused to come and talk to me, I had to go into the restaurant, the man in the car behind me was shouting at me. I eventually got him to talk to me and all he would say was that if I wanted food, i'd have to order what the £10 would buy. Neither he nor his staff had any respect for me or the fact that my app said the transaction had gone through; I kept calm. He said mant times kept saying it would disappear off my app by Monday. I was full of dispair, I asked for a note saying I hadn't had £14.46 worth of food, he refused! I ordered a hot wing meal and was so flustered I didn't realise until I got home thst thd manager hadn't given me a drink with the meal. On Monday 15th the £14.46 came out of my account. I went to the kfc oldbury and spoke to a lovely English woman. She saw what went on, I had no proof thst I didn't collect the £14.46 food but had the other receipts for £6.99 on the same day. I was lucky she believed me! She went to see the duty manager, he didn't come out, he was 'on the phone' for a long while! Probably the same one from Saturday! This lovely lady refunded my money, she said she believed me. I can't believe the lack of respect or customer service. Unfortunately, I am saddened to say, that i believe that this was a racial issue. I have never heard of anyone being totally ignored like that before, by the manager and the 2 other members of staff. When I got the hot wings home, they were the small dried up and quite cold. I do not recommend this 'restaurant' and will not be returning there any time soon.
Popped over from the Premier Inn with a late night need for chicken goodness. The staff were really friendly, and there was a nice atmosphere among them. Clearly a good vibe coming from each person which seemed to be encouraged by the manager. I always find in fast food joints that the young staff I'm 43, ok are really polite and doing a great job. It's nice and further proves that the boomers are wrong.
I went here the other day the staff member with the grey beard and glasses had awful service and was extremely rude to staff and other customers. We could hear him from outside the store yelling disgusting things.
Would have give more stars but, the order screen would not let me complete my order, there was no one to help, so had to choose a different meal, not happy. Missing sauce, but meal was good. Gravy is soooo nice.Food: 5/5
Very good, but was a bit disappointed.. got the new bbq burger, and it was smaller than the bun… and the chips had no seasoning, and was soggy…. And I’m still disappointed at the size of the krushems now!!
