Store advertises it's open at 10:30. Several times I've been at 11 and they're still not open. No sign on the door. When I phoned they said they'd open at 11:30. They have advertisements in the window to use the app for great deals but when you try to use the app it says this location doesn't use the app. Why put pictures in your window of "deals" that you refuse to honour? Food is tasty but the customer service is lousy. Definitely needs new management.
The food was disappointing years since I had been to KFC but I will not be returning im veggie did find a veg burger unable to have the chips as they fry the chicken in the same fryer. In 2023 really KFC. I didnt ask how the veg option was cooked as I was actually hungry.. also left hungry ... Will never visit again.. no great loss perhaps but surely they could make a little effort so us veggies can come in with meat eaters and enjoy. Vegetarian options: One choice buy it or don't. My recommendation DONT
On the drive through I ordered boneless banquet from here on Friday lunch time and returned to work with my take away. The Chicken strips were lovely however I went large and received small fries, had a side of beans but no fork/ spoon, ordered a tomato sauce dip but never received any, asked for salt never received any and no napkin. In summary great food let down by poor service.
Sit in experience was dreadful. Missing items in order, front door wouldn't close so freezing cold, tables and floor dirty, bins overflowing. Clearly short-staffed and overworked youngsters - complained at counter but in 25mins-30mins sat in, no-one came out to clean in any way. Be warned
Went in due to advertised offer. Was told "it's not on". Mentioned the add and reply was "that's only for delivery or if you are using the app" explained I had the app "no sorry" was the response. Clearly no intention of honouring advertised deals.Food: 1/5
Fancied a KFC for a change and decided to sit in. Floors were filthy, with rubbish strewn about. Tables were uncleared. That did not make agood impression and we walked out without ordering

Was told it would be 10mins wait for chicken when ordering at the drive through 20mins later I was still waiting when I went in to ask where it was it was sitting on the counter staff very rude and gave attitude and to top it off when I got home the chicken was raw second bad experience at that outlet won't be back !
Helpful staff, usual grub. Clean and served fast. Down graded from 4 to 2 star Disappointed on return visit. Walked in just before 10pm to be told cash only as the card service was down, proceeded to then to watch lots of cars use drive through with card payment. Got the impression they wanted an easy shift . No apology given. Different staff to the person previously.
Service is so slow more interested in their internet orders than the customers that are actually at the restaurant half the items were missing an refused substitutes ! An NO hot drinks
