We ordered for someone with food allergies. Receipt shows correct requests, box on the burger shows same corresponding requests, however they’ve now had a severe allergic reaction to their meal because instructions weren’t followed. Not to be dramatic but we won’t be returning for obvious reasons. Dietary restrictions: Double check your order! They don’t always listen unfortunately
This is a busy wee place, there is quite often mistakes with our orders or certain things have ran out or are unavailable but it's consistent, quick and easy food. Kid-friendliness: There is tablets inside for kids to play to keep them occupied. Parking: There is usually plenty of parking available
We order online from this particular McDonald's quite often, each time hoping that they get the order right but it was not meant to be. My partner is diabetic and we cannot trust them to get the drink order correct never mind that the food arrives cold, is not what we ordered or indeed in one case where the burgers hadn't actually been cooked at all. I'm afraid we will not be ordering from here again
We usually just order online we don't sit in , the food is generally not bad it's usually correct and warm but there is the odd occasion it's not we usually just put it down to being a peak time etc , the one thing that is really annoying is that if your ordering an item that asks which dip you would like , you very rarely actually get any dips.
Head is still buzzing from the racket in here. No cost of living crisis apparently here in Ayr. Need a phd in computer science to work the menu. Food? Mince. Not literallyFood: 2/5
Couldn’t give no stars…… absolutely disgusted!!! How hard is it to get an order right? And paid £25 quid for this meant to be large? Shocking!
Always super busy. Staff never get the drive through order right. Could do a lot better. Need to sort out access in and out of the car park as the tailbacks at peak times are a total joke and a safety hazard Parking: Too tight, poorly designed and not fit for purpose...too many cars going through drive thru blocking the car park
Ordered the mcchicken sandwich and a cappuccino to sit in. Service was quick, however, the chicken burger and bread roll were lukewarm and not edible. I returned it immediately and was served a replacement which was warm relative to the first, but not warm enough for me. I remember my husband and I visiting last year and ordering the breakfast roll, which was lukewarm too.
Second time we've ordered on MacD. app for a MacD. delivery to have multiple items missing from our order. Somehow our recent order was passed to a third party Uber which I did not ask for. Now I cannot get a refund because phone for Uber ringing out and Uber app has not registered the order from MacD. Spoke to manager twice at Ayr who were adamant they couldn't resolve the issue saying it wasn't their fault. Sounds a bit like a scam to have a free lunch on us!
Food is decent but don't always get the order correct and got a habit of forgetting the kids toys that's kind of the point of the happy meal in a kids eyes is the toy Food: 4/5
