Fresh food, quick service, a lot of improvements in this shop , friendly staff.
Just dont ! The food is cold . If you're daft enough to order a uber delivery! Be prepared for at least an hour wait . They dont seem to think home delivery is important! My uber driver was kept waiting half an hour . Then sent to someone 4 miles away before me . Appalling service arrogance beyond belief! Upto you risk it !
I’ve given up waiting and gone home empty handed several times from this branch. Even when there is only 1 or 2 people waiting, the wait has been unbearable. Terrible.
Really, really poor! 8:45 pm on a Tuesday night and you’ve run out of chicken or staff couldn’t be bothered to cook more! Just appalling!
Terrible customer service !! They don’t wear masks or gloves which they should especially during these times. Will not be going back again!
It is illegal not to advertise the actual price of the product, they added on an extra 10 p on for vat and sugar tax when the sign said 5 pounds ds this needs to be reported to hmrc.,
