Incorrect order - says checked but obviously wasn't as no gravy in either orders. If they had run out then a phone call or message, terrible customer service, will never order here again.
Recent 2 deliveries - Chicken was finger lickin good but had no wipes to clean up after with, no dips as ordered, no salt included chips plain otherwise. Sadly Iet down by the colonel, will be visiting Ronald instead.

Food good generally but staff seem overwhelmed with orders and unable to cope. Poorly organised and complete mayhem on a regular basis unfortunately. Be prepared for a wait if ordering. Do remember to double check your order as that is usually wrong.
Delivery ppl crowded too tightly. Masks over chins. 'Food' tasted like seasoned cardboard. More bone than chicken it seems. Could refine the grease and solve the oil crisis. No one way system. Customers told to wait in the lobby, an enclosed space, perfect for viruses to transmit.
Cold and out of 5 meals only one correct!!
Don't get served by ewan, other staff will upgrade the gravy or change from a drink to gravy.
It's alright for a KFC. Better than the Bedminster one in Bristol.
