Sorry, it was too busy on this trip, up to an hours wait, around carpark before reaching counter to place order. Could do with proper /better organising/control of traffic management. Planing of crowd control
Worst KFC ever, store almost empty, stuff really pist off looks like just finish drinking, chicken wet and soak of oil, 1 family order and coffe and 25min is wait. Lost £20. Really disappointed.
KFC clean and tidy.toilets cleaned and checked. Food fine.
Conversation between customer and server very difficult. We couldn't hear each other because of the screen and not being familiar with the menu made ordering food very difficult. Had to return to the counter 3 times. No salt/pepper...no napkins...no straws. Food was acceptable.
Not overly impressed as I preordained and when I got there I had to wait forv15 minutes obget my 10 piece bucket as they had run out of chicken and they when I got home I had to take the chicken out of the bucket and put it in the oven as the ckicken was soggy and tested bottom of the bucket had about 2mm of oil.
Best Time to be here when it is quiet staff were friendly service was quick having a colonels club offer with extra hot wings
Ordered a 14 piece bucket from KFC Coatbridge to be delivered via Uber Eats and received 11 PIECES!! What a rip off - had to send out for additional food. Will NOT be back - KFC you should be ashamed!!
Since they introduced JustEat / UberEat etc the service has went right down hill. As the staff are falling over each other to get those orders over customers that are in the building.
Keeps the local bams in their PCP'd Audis stocked up on overpriced, greasy chicken.
