Service and attitudes and food are pure rotten, paid almost 40 pounds and got the wrong thing, wouldn't refund and refused to replace, would recommend using another takeaway, absolutely disgusting
Was in getting a kebab pizza. I saw them take a plastic bag out the microwave! Only to pull out kebab meat!!! In a plastic bag!! In the microwave!!! While one guy is making the pizza one guy is stand scratching his nose!! Full thumb in his beak!! Then goes and touches food!! The shop is manky!! Needless to say I wont be back in here!! Stinking!!
Delivery an hour late so when it finally arrived was stone cold meaning chips and cheese were rubbery. No apology when I asked where order was, just the standard 'its on its way'. Wont be back.
Not good......!!................had south indian curries from here yrs ago always good..so when flyer came in I thought I d try one of the new special dishes..chicken tikka chiili bhuna....with coriander and green chillies added......very disappointed....could nt eat it because it was so salty...so just ate the nan !....And ...no coriander..or green chillies...just a poor substitute...green jalapenos from a jar...which would greatly boost the salt level..as they are in brine.....not good practise.......if your food quality is good consistently you will have loyal customers ....
Ate here Thursday night 2 Lamb curry's meal deal their in the bin never again . Absolutely disgusting doubt it even Lamb like eating rubber. Other half nearly spewed. Some of the words she used i had to look them up Maybe South Indian Co's food wasn't. All Townhead n Espieside check your kennels.
I was a patron of Kamran1 many years ago and I found the quality of food/cooking exceptional .Since then I have moved away and recently returned to Coatbridge.I decided to take a walk up Gartsherrie Road and stop for a little bit of nostalgia. Thought I would get a couple of starters to take to my destination as a wee nibble. My veg pakora were dark brown and over fried and solid on the outside while the centre was doughy and undercooked. The chicken pakora were solid and on trying to eat them it was like chewing needles!! Nice new shop front, and counter lay out full of chocolate bars!?! The most disconcerting is you have painkillers and other medicines on display . Your marketing manager needs to take a look at the message being sent out. You would not go to a chemist for a kebab! There are shops around you that can provide this service. BUT IN THE DISPLAY CABINET OF A TAKEAWAY! REALLY?!?!
I never ordered from them i just ate with my friends who get food from there i realy like food next time i will order from them.good one.recommended.
Great food, the best lamb kebab and pakora in Coatbridge - been open for 28 years and I have been a customer for 25 of them!!! Well recommended!!
Very tasty and succulent food,I get the feeling its traditional home cooking,its different from anything I have tasted absolutely delicious
