Disgustingly dirty outside. Bins overflowing like I've never seen before! I asked to see the manager and out come an unwashed unkept looking chap who informed me they only clean outside at 4pm each day just incase they get too busy. The franchise owner for this restaurant should be disgusted at the way it is being run. Scummy place.
Friendly staff and didnt take long at all for order to be ready my partner enjoyed it and said defo start going more kids love it will back soon.

In all my years I had never tried a KFC didn't think it was for me but on recommendation from a good friend I tried it and it did not disappoint, very good and will be back soon
This branch of kfc is near the Cuckoo bridge on the outskirts of Dumfries and in my opinion is the best in the country, the service is second to none the premises are always clean and tidy , and not forgetting that it is Kfc so the food is always perfect. Thanks to all the staff in these difficult times.
