Very popular, every weekend is always busy. Staff are very fast and friendly even though its busy they still smiling and very approachable.Park are not enough for a long queue.
Very bad, what we are actually accepting. Too small peace of chicken and also No added any tissue for clean up hand after eats. My family are not happy to go this shop any more.
Big thanks to LJ and the Hastings KFC team. Placed a big catering order at short notice, was all ready for me when I arrived to pick it up, and complete! Nothing missing, very impressed. Very happy team. Thanks again
Ordered for 6.40pm arrived to lots of workers looking confused. No customer service. Lots of orders were wrong. No apologies that meals were half hour late. Not good enough! How do you know who is Manager. Nobody making eye contact with customers.Food: 3/5
Went for lunch the food was good and the person who took our order was very helpful and friendly as for the lad who handed me our food seemed to be bored not even a smile. That's why I only gave 4 stars. Some of the staff seemed to be doing nothing so I would have thought that they could have been doing some cleaning as the floor was dirty. But over all my experience was good.
I was skeptical of this KFC at first seeing as when we lived in Auckland it was very hit and miss with the quality of food and service however the food at this KFC is fresh, hot and delicious. It did take awhile to place our order due to staff shortages but don't let that stop you, when we got our food I was very impressed! Thanks team
The service can be shockingly slow at times, as it feels many of the workers are working very slowly, chatting with each other, or just look like they want to be elsewhere than work. But their wicked wings are awesome!
5 star chicken and burgers. I was a bit of a shame. There were no chips or lmp. Then they gave us our burgers there was no lettice to be seen. Other wise all good.Food: 3/5
Food was great. Staff vaping in the inclosed outside area where we were eating. Toilets were awful. Unclean and messy.Food: 5/5
Bought food at drive thru got home and half the stuff ain't even in the packet! Not the first time this happens! Don't even know why we keep doing it and going back again...? Food: 3/5
