Best chip shop around. Food cooked fresh to order every time. Chip portions are a good size and taste amazing. Staff are lovely and always smiling and greeting everyone. Highly recommend.
Small piece of fish covered over by the chips. Fish was not freshly cooked tasted like it had been reheated. Chewy bater. Will not use again. Partner had chicken said this was nice.
Excellent. I've lived in the local area for 22 years and have recently moved closer to Hastings. We ordered in fish and chips tonight from Catch 22. Just wow. I've had a lot of fish and chips in my days and I can honestly say that this has been one of the best tasting meals I've had. Large portions and a lovely touch sending along tatar sauce and lemon slices. That's a first for me. Am very impressed, will be ordering again in the future.
Always get a good meal here. Been under new management for about a year and consistently produce great fish n chippers for me. Variety for all foodie persuasions too.
Cooked to order was lovely and fresh. Fish was tasty and not overcooked. Big portions and well worth the money. Good variety of foods to choose from and you can order ahead. Well worth a visit.
The smallest piece of fish that I have ever had. Lots of chips hiding the fish so it wasn’t until I got home that I saw the size of it. No wonder you pay when you order. I definitely won’t be going there again.
Not nice at all chip full of grease soggy, fish well teaspoon of fish in the middle of hard rubber £16 down drain never again
Enjoyed my battered sausage and chips with salt n vinger lovely nice service, be me with the ferret Socks, had a cheeky bite of my sausage lol definitely come again! Thank you
Picked up chips etc st approx 5-40pm on Friday eve they were the worst chips ever had and could see they had been fried several times they were so hard no one ate them
Think being by the sea this cod would of been a nice fresh catch of the day ! Batter soggy & fish soggy as if it had been frozen. Lovely pictures of the Old Town & historical pictures.
