Great chicken as usual. Drive through is OK but awkward to turn into very tight needs widening a bit. Inside is OK upto standard but toilets are poor. Don't flush properly and Constantly blocked as long term issue ad well. Puts u off eating when going toilet. Prices have gone up 3 times at least in 6months! Same as most places tho I suppose Vegetarian options: There is rice boxes, salad and usual vegetable options. Kid-friendliness: Ok for kids no happy meals but better food could do with bit more for kids there is a few new things like popcorn chicken n fries o menu Parking: Loughborough had plenty free parking for upto 2hrs. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible by wheelchair but not the toilets tho.
They’re incredibly slow. The food is alright, but damn, it’s not fast food at all. They’re so slow, takes them 5 minutes to prepare one order. Piss take to be honest.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been. There were very few attendants and one need to stand in a line for at least 30 min to se somebody who can take the order. Overpriced and the quality of the food is really disappointing. Not enough place and lots of people. This was the first and the last time we went to this restaurant.
Ordered from this store many times before as it always delivered good food in quick time. But now food quality low, e.g. Spicey wings given to us dark and black coloured as if been there for a long time. All chicken is dry. And they gave us the wrong order and had to wait long for the simplist orders. This didn’t happen once but multiple times. This is the type of food i do not want my 5 year old child to eat.
absolute disgrace completely appalled i ordered a small deluxe boneless bucket and my popcorn chicken had literal mould on it they forgot to give me beans and gave me no plates for 3 people to eat so we had to eat off the tray and no forks to eat our beans and coleslaw out the pot as they forgot the plates with! after asking for a refund a manager i think who’s name was AJ he was extremely disrespectful to me and offended me by saying he couldn’t refund me or give me any form of partial as i didnt have the food in hand to give to him because we simply binned it as after a few pieces of bones less chicken me and my family felt ill. The workers there even said i should sue for it as it was a disgrace and not appropriate for a well known and what’s supposed to be a 5 star restaurant! Completely appalled and the workers who i didn’t catch the names off even agreed it wasn’t proper whereas AJ who i think was the team leader/manager gave appalling customer service and i am completely let down by the KFC franchise because of this!
Granted I visited towards the end of the evening but the standards were really poor. A drink has been spilled on the counter and floor but it wasn't cleaned up. The pass from the kitchen was swimming in chips that had fallen out of cartons during the shift. Not the most inspiring of visits!
Popped in to try the Vegan burger, it's great. There was quite a wait for service even though it wasn't busy. The drive-through is also very tight to get around without clipping a wheel.
