Delivery took an hour and a quarter estimated 45min. When I called after one hour I was told, "I've just spoken to the driver and he's 5-6mins away." It took another 15mins and felt like a disingenuous canned response anyway. Not apologetic and seemed to just want to get me off the phone. Garlic bread was soggy and cold. Pizza was on the cooler side of warm.
After all of my friends ordered, I asked for a light meal before the closing time to save hassle. The server refused and went to the extent of throwing a slice of lemon at me when I questioned why he was refusing during opening hours. As expected, his Wendy arm missed completely, but still not a great experience for my first week in Loughborough.
I have ordered on Friday, order was over half an hour late and only part of it arrived. It was almost impossible to contact them as phone line was constantly busy. Finally I managed to talk to manager, and after making a complained I was promised to get the rest of my order delivered…three days later, on Monday. Ok so I have indeed got the remaining items delivered on Monday but after eating the chicken pieces, which tasted like they were taken out of the dustbin, my children got diarrhoea. So we are very disappointed and angry.
This place is a joke well over an hour for 2 pizzas turned up half cut and freezing cold stay well away from this place would rather make my own pizza

This was my first order from Dominic's in loughborough, I have to admit I was quite disappointed. I will order again to give benefit of the doubt. Ordered 18" deep pan free choice pizza, if this was deep pan I wonder what the thin crust is like, it was wafer thin and very crispy, not juicy with soft bread edges like a normal deep pan. It was very sparse on toppings, literally five chunks of chicken and not much else. Also ordered a large fries, this again barely filled the box, more like a McDonald's medium fries, certainly not enough for two people as intended. There was no complimentary garlic sauce included. Pizza price was good initially, sadly after delivery fee, service fees etc it was almost twice the price and very much not worth £20, I will order once more but won't hurry back.
Was served raw pink chicken and when I went there to show them was met with anger ... would not recommend
Food took over 2 hours to deliver and could not get threw to them to find out where my order was
After using Dominic's Pizza & Chicken for over two years and spending hundreds of pounds I have noticed a steady decline in the quality and speed of the food that is delivered from this place. After refusing to rectify the problem of my last order being so cold and disgusting looking I will never use this place again and advise others don't either.
Food is never satisfying when ordering takeaway. They have some sort of grudge against my house/family so we never get nice food. Maybe you'll be lucky. They are fully halal and their burgers are ok.
