This might be the nicest kept KFC in Australia. All new furnishings. Toilets were clean. Table freshly wiped down. Friendly staff. This is seriously 5 stars. Awesome job, great store.Food: 5/5
Totally stuffed up my order got home missing 10 nuggets, a piece of chicken had an extra box of chips .also ordered a chicken Burger had no chicken incredibly disappointed again this happens all the time at this store. Poor customer service and manager didn't care Hung up twice when called .....pathetic tried a complaint on website but will not accept my phone number
My food was cold and had no salt, I ordered 2 large fries and they took like 10 minutes to be handed out and then when i got them I ate them with my child who threw up, I called the store at 9:10pm on a Thursday night and this manager answered, took a second to respond and I explained my issue and he denied it instead of offering service and said no I'm wrong basically, he said "if they have no salt they are fresh" firstly chips should have salt regardless of if they are fresh or not and they definitely were not fresh as they were as cold as outside, insanely upset and will not be letting this horrible service be dropped, will continue to make complaints. Furthermore, he ignored us for 2 minutes after denying everything and saying we are liars, we had to hang up as he disappeared and never came back.

Staff were friendly, chicken was fantastic, chips were okay, no extra salt as requested, potato and gravy was very nice! Staff gave us an extra dinner roll. Thank you very much! Minutes passed, and I noticed the manager, a tall woman with a no-nonsense demeanor, handling orders and directing the staff. As the seconds ticked by, I couldn't help but feel a twinge of impatience. Ten minutes went by, and still, my order wasn't ready. I glanced around nervously, wondering if there had been some mistake. Finally, the cashier handed me my tray with a terse apology for the delay. I thanked her and turned to find a place to sit. As I settled into a booth, I eagerly unwrapped the napkin from around my silverware and took my first bite of chicken. The flavor was as satisfying as I had hoped, but when I reached for the fries, my enthusiasm waned. They were lukewarm and limp, devoid of the usual golden crispness that makes KFC fries irresistible. But that wasn't the worst part—they were completely devoid of salt. As I stared down at the sad pile of potato sticks on my tray, a mix of disappointment and frustration washed over me.
Thought I'd grab a burger since I hadn't had one for some time, only to be told there's not enough chicken available for my burger and there would be a wait of over 5min. What sort of fast food place takes that long to make a burger???Food: 1/5
Blonde girl that stars with J was rude, quietly called my name and then left my food on the counter. I heard a muffle and walked up to the counter to see my order. She then ran to the back and stayed there until I left???? Tables are always sticky and gross also.Food: 1/5
I always use drive thru. I have never had to go to a waiting Bay and my food has always been fresh and piping hot and cooked properly. I think the current manager does an amazing job which is why I keep going back!Food: 5/5
Never buy from this store using menu log Our food never came and menu log refused to refund our $50 KFC has received our payment and we got nothing They are a bunch of thieves The manager couldn’t care less To bad not our problem was pretty much the response from KFC
