When paying for my order I tapped my card which was successful but the server said it didn't go through so I checked my notifications and showed my card was excepted but was told there was a problem with her till would I try again and she it has now worked checked my notifications again it shows 2 transactions for the same amount. I was i would get a refund the next day. 1 week later no refund contacted the branch who told me to call head office who only contacted through Ai chat which was useless so fed up decided to forget the £13 a
Only ordered from here through Uber Eats once. Chicken was delivered and it was pink. Uber issued a refund and it went straight in the bin. Will never go back here and judging from the rest of the reviews, that seems justified.Food: 1/5
Worse KFC I have ever had in my life. As you can see on the picture we were served zinger burgers without a lettuce. When we confronted the staff they weren’t bothered not even an apology or atleast have a decency to say no lettuce before serving us.Food: 1/5
If I could I would give a negative star review. PEOPLE WHEN YOU ORDER SOMETHING CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. BECAUSE THEY "TEND TO FORGET STUFF FROM YOUR ORDERS". PLUS CHECK IF YOU GET THE SAME STUFF YOU OREDERED. Usually not. There's always something missing or mixed up. Or if you order something special, they just simply ignore it. Luckily I am not allergic to anything but why is the special order if they just simply don't doing it. Even when there is only 1-2 customers on site. So can't even say they are busy. It's just absolutely careless customer service. Luckily I will never get to go there again! Be careful dear customers!
I took my children for a quick meal tonight and the food was so terribly salty we struggled to eat it. They got our order wrong at first as well, the guy serving wandered around like a lost soul. No more KFC for us, it was so disappointing.Food: 1/5
TERRIBLE terrible terrible!!!! By the time I got to this last piece I lost the plot!! Burnt, dry and the batter like with all the chicken in our bucket, dirty looking because the oil was so dirty! 30 mins after eating this, my butt hole decided to explode!! It's a hard place to review and probably number 1 in the most inconsistent places. One week it's a top tier KFC and great as far as KFCs go. Next week it's literally the worst KFC in the world. Incredibly hit or miss which is a shame.Food: 3/5
My husband and I ordered two meals, the food was cold and the extra piece of chicken was raw in the middle. I returned it to the counter and the girl behind the counter exchanged it but was non apologetic which I was surprised at. I expected someone to apologise to us as we could have been seriously ill if we had eaten the raw chicken but not a thing. Very disappointed and hopefully not ill!
This place has somewhat gone down from its hay day. it's lost it charm even with a new look makeover. The service with a smile has gone run by a bunch of kids with no manners at all. It's too expensive for a small amount of food now. It's not worth the money now. Parking: A small carpark can be difficult to get in and out when the site shears the entrance to wicks goods in-out goods yard when busy
we went tonight to get a take away, we got home opened the bucket, what a load of rubbish the chicken was disgusting, we threw most of it away, we will never go to this kfc again! needs the inspectors in there!!!Food: 1/5
