The worst KFC around the locals. Firstly there were four drinks missing, I drove back in icy weather to get our drink. Secondly I requested for bottle robinson as my wife would put in children’s pack lunch, however I was been told only cup of fruit shoot available. The reason why so annoying is my wife has the same meal last nigh, she was confirmed bottle or cup of drink. Wouldn’t recommend this KFC. Awful service!!!

Placed an order via the drive on through on Saturday night around 11:30 pm at the Leyton branch Leabridge road. I experienced the most unprofessional obnoxious woman who was taking the order. She got my entire order wrong, I am really annoyed as I got home expecting the correct order and it was not. she was extremely unprofessional humming whilst serving ,she did not have the time to check my order ,nPlease don't have her as a front facing / Front line service provider .She is not a good representative for KFC , she is not professional, rude with no manners. I really hope I never encounter her again because I did not like the experience at all. She does not present the company and brand well. Plus she overcharged me for the meal .nI am so annoyed .
I just went through the drive thru and there was a missing item when I went there to tell her she told me it’s not on it very rudely I understand if you mis heard however the way she presented herself was very impolite I had to get out the car 3 times and even then she didn’t even apologise or anything she was straight up rude and very disrespectful attitude. Futhermore, the chips are literally uncooked and taste disgusting . Wouldn’t recommend at all .
I’ve tried to give them so many chances but no.Worst KFC in the world.Drive thru is even worse, they rush you to order and I can’t get a word in without them saying “is that everything”.Flaming wraps are disgraceful here. Always forget my supercharger sauce.i miss the KFC we had in the mall. Oh wait let me not forget the chicken. It’s not KFC recipe it’s their own dry made up recipe .Not happy mate
