Poor till service. Bought a bargain bucket. Asked the person behind the till that I have a KFC app and the price will be reduced from 13.99 to 10.99, I was told to use the discount next time. There was only one item on the till, so naturally I asked to remove it and redo it. Before you jump to say it must have been a busy time, I was the only one there ordering food.

Was rather impressed by the speedy service opposed to the last time I went there. Lots of seating and is located in a good location, not too far away from Woking train station. Overall, good KFC.

What's quite rare is that they got my order right for once although the chips and side breast was exceptionally hot. The oil was still sizzling when they served the chips to me and they only gave me a few fries. It doesn't cost a lot to give the right portion. Side coleslaw also had little flavour as if it had been removed and refrigerated numerous times. Burger was average but I'd expect a bit more quality for a meal costing £6.19. Also a wet wipe wouldn't have gone a miss.

It need more staffing. Staff in store were very hardworking but there were alots of people.

Quality of food is very bad, especially if you order take aways. Surprised how can they do this. Need competing franchises.
