Went for a family meal, everyone enjoyed the food. Unfortunately what let's this place down is the waiters, or lack of. The only other issue is when you order a burger with bacon, don't expect bacon as we know it, expect an inch cube of fat with a wafer thin bit of actual meat. Only wish I took a picture to show you, thought it was a one off but that's how it always comes, as we'd been there prior to the family meal. Nice decor too.

For all the North Americans looking for a great steak in the greater London area, this is your place. Scallops to start were excellent and the filet with Mac and Cheese was fantastic. I do recommend this place and found the prices reasonable. They have a reasonable price fix menu on Thursdays... Enjoy

I had been past this restaurant a few times and thought 'just a steak house'. But I am glad we went there as the range of steaks was quite extensive. The thing I liked most was that the menu gave a clear explanation of each cut of meat and a recommended cooking - eg rare, medium, etc. If you are in the area and like steak, do try it out!

Went here tonight on the way home from a birthday trip to the theatre. Our waitress Steph was bubbly and really nice and spent ages sorting out our drinks. Sadly when my bistro steak arrived it was totally inedible as I could not even chew or swallow the first bite. It was changed quite quickly and I chose fillet instead. In the kitchen they had trouble cutting the steak as well.However my husband had finished his meal before mine even arrived. By the time I finished my food I did not want a dessert so settled for coffee. The bill came eventually and everything was charged including the increase in price for fillet steak and the coffees so no gestures of good will then by only charging for bistro steak or a couple of free coffees maybe.....very disappointed and a spoiled end to my birthday treat.

So so disappointed ordered a stake to be cooked well done no blood it came back twice with blood about a medium. In the end i gave up sent it back whilst the other people in my group ate stake. Such a bad service . Even had to send a beer back as it was at the end of the barrel. Spoilt a birthday meal. Manager was less than helpful.
