Staff surly. Got even more so when I complain that chicken wing without peice of the breast meat, should not be one of the portion in my 2 peice meal. Fries cold.

Handy kfc inside the mall. Staff are nice and friendly. Does get busy but that's expected. Great place for a quick snack while out shopping.

Ok so I went to KFC with my friend and my little sister on last Friday and it was almost closing because it was late around 18:00. We first went to McDonald to eat there but there were no seats so we decided to eat at KFC. We didnt know that the cleaner had already cleaned where we decided to eat and he just started swearing at us. Saying I already cleaned there what are you doing. He should have just said sorry i've already cleaned there when your done can you clean up the mess. What kind of customer service is this? Guess what I did, left a mess. Im only giving KFC 2 stars because i love the food.
