Never can get in contact with anyone. 12 till 1pm closed for lunch, 1pm till God knows when 'Closed for training purposes' shocking, all staff is on training at one time? You won't get help from anyone beside the nice Polish lady
I'm actually sorry to have too put a review but I'm at end of my Witt's end now with the surgery Iv had two appointments cancelled with the diabetes nurse what's been a emergency for passed 3 months the hospital specialist required me too see the nurse more but no joy the pain clinic wrote to the Dr numerous times now too help me still nothing Iv been with quayside years since the old surgery and never been such a issue with Dr and diabetes this needs too be fixed as it's terrible we all deserve a good quality of life and health I need help not info to make a complaint
Worst doctors possible got told dont care by the reception after ringing at 8am hearing from a doctor at 3.20 to be told no appointments oh and apparently within 5 minutes every appointment was taken even though I was on phone by 8. I wouldn't even give 1 star but wouldn't let me continue without leaving a star I get we are going careful because of covid but stop seeing patients is bad.

I find all staff at Quayside Medical Medical Centre to be genuine kind caring people they provide me the very best of medical help other support which without I would not be here today to tell them a big thankyou. have a calm caring approachable
I have left this practice because of their lack of interest in helping patients. They also earlier this year told me that because I had already been to a stop smoking clinic and relapsed and I had asked for help as it's been difficult to do alone with so much going on and so much stress I needed help some other ways because after infections my airways were left week and they refused to treat this because I relapsed and smoked they refused to offer any other help with all this and said tough they only have one doctor and he is rude and is not very helpful at all I would not have even gave 1 star but had to to be able to get to type this horrid review. I have since found a better surgery.
If I could give less stars I would. Needed an emergency appointment around 12.30 I rang to be told there was no more appointments. Told them I was in a lot of pain and I needed to be seen. There reply was to ring back at 8am next morning and was told I should be ringing before 8am to be seen. Like people only get poorly before 8am. Absolutely disgusting service.
Totally useless, possibly like all NHS in UK.
Such a bad Dr's, I don't even think there are actually any Dr's that actually work there, they tell you to ring at 8 for an appointment, i rang at 8 and still couldn't get an appointment, really unprofessional over the phone, I'm changing Dr's, thanks for nothing.
Ive been with these now for bout four yrs. I never get to see a dr. They tell u to ring 8am u do it all wk n y still still cant get in. Dam right discusting. Now my knees are really bad. I need to see a dr. They dont have aoecific doctors. Ita always a locum. I always have to go down the hospital to see one but again they only give u aonething temp. I rate this surgery as low as possible. The service is discusting
