I searched for the best locksmith in London Ontario and came across S.O.S Locksmith. I had few locks to rekey so I came to their store in downtown London. Rotem was very polite and friendly, he rekeyed my locks to work on the same key.  Im very happy with these locksmith company and would recommend them for any commercial locksmith needs and car key replacement.  Amazing that we have a local locksmith with a store in london and also a mobile locksmith within the same company.

I was very pleased with their work. They came to help me in a public parking lot and were able to make car keys with chips in them with no issues. Very professional

We had a really positive first experience. In November of 2023 we had just moved into a new home and wanted to change all of the locks and install a keypad on the front door. We've had a keypad for years on two different homes with no issues. We asked for a similar kind and were sold up to a model we were assured was better and more secure than what we had in the past. We accepted the advice and paid $240 for the keypad deadbolt and $65 for the installation. Less than 3 months later the keypad stopped working. Most attempts were hit or miss to get it to unlock the door. By the end of February 2024 the keypad would not unlock the door. Called in early February to let them know the keypad they installed wasn't working reliably. Asked them to come out to repair or replace it since they recommended the keypad in the first place. Was told they would come but they would charge $80 for the service call, $240 for the replacement keypad and another $65 installation. We said that was unacceptable. The keypad was less than three months old and we installed it at their recommendation. The person on the phone said he would have the manager call us to discuss. The "manager" texted to say they didn't give discounts and wouldn't be coming out to do any work.  Total invoice for the initial work in November was well over $1000. I would never trust this company to do any work again. They don't stand by their work and are pretty disrespectful to not even call to discuss the situation.

Overcharged me from the quoted price by 50$. They will definitely take advantage of you if they can. Don't recommend to use them.
