A great experience. No pressure and excellent advice/service in the shop. The delivery lead time was very short ; on the day they turned up exactly at the time promised and were in and out within 7 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.
This is a Brilliant Top Quality Chairs and Sofas.. Very High Standard.. We bought 2 Chairs over 2 years ago and we are so pleased, we are getting a matching 2 seater Settee to match. They take your old furniture away free of charge.. We definitely recommend this Shop, from Brian and Jenny Lancaster from Bradford.
Took my parents to view riser recliner chairs and met with Katie who knows her stuff. Katie is approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable and after asking a few questions was able to guide my parents to the appropriate chairs to suit their individual needs. She gave them good advice, fully demonstrated the chairs and has a great sense of humour whilst being very respectful at the same time. Excellent service, no pushy sales techniques, easy and relaxed atmosphere. Shop was well stocked with furniture and chairs to try out. On the whole a very pleasant experience for my parents and me! Much appreciated, thank you in particular Katie.
As a long-time patron of Kettleys, it's with disappointment that I write about my recent visit. The customer service was notably poor, leaving me feeling disregarded rather than valued. This was especially true due to the behavior of a certain saleswoman with brown hair and glasses who displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed ill-equipped to interact with elderly and vulnerable customers. Previously, I overlooked the high prices because of the quality service, but this experience has prompted me to rethink my loyalty. For a local store relying on community support, it's essential to prioritise customer service and review pricing strategies. It's with regret that I say I won't return as a customer.
We have just had our Wentworth 3-Piece suite delivered this morning by two excellent delivery men. From the buying process where we were told delivery would be 6 weeks it was and then we were told they would deliver to us at 10am the van arrived at 10.02am, everything was effortless. Also love the fact that they will take your old stuff away, clean it up and give it to charity. Great staff, would definitely shop again here and recommend them to all.
Nice selection of suites and friendly knowledgable staff .I love that it is a local family owned business. There was no hard sell just expert advice
We recently bought a riser recliner chair from Kettleys for our mum. David in the shop was amazing, he certainly knows his stuff! He went through the whole process in a caring and informative way with our mother. All the variations on the chair were carefully explained and we are very happy with the chair that fitted mum perfectly. Even better we have bought a British made chair! Thanks so much David!!
Visited looking for recliner chair excellent showroom David who served us was very knowledgeable and we found one we liked so thinking about going back after we have looked at the competition
Just had our new suite delivered on Thursday and could not be happier with the quality of the suite and the service from Kettleys. Ordered the suite in January served by Nicola - approx 10 week delivery but it was ready in 7 weeks. As we were not ready for it to be delivered, they stored it for us. Excellent service from the shop to the two guys who delivered it. Thank you Kettleys!
Excellent service and advice from David, guiding us through the process of purchasing chairs and settee, then a beautifully comfortable bed. Even offering to help with furniture until our order has arrived. Would recommend the shop to anyone looking to buy good quality furniture.
