I had an issue with a corrupted windows 11 update big surprise on my desktop PC which I can usually fix, but this time round it just wasn't letting me to the repair screen or into the BIOS. I took my PC in on Saturday afternoon and spoke to Ian. It was all fixed and ready to be collected Tuesday morning. All done for a very fair price so couldn't have asked for more.

Came in needing a replacement for a laptop cable that had packed in. Gave the gentleman my laptop model and I managed to walk out less than two minutes later with what I needed. Better prices, service and range of hardware than the nearby franchise stores. 100% recommended.

I recently built my 3rd gaming pc after my room flooded so had to rebuild another one but everything was working but the SSD I took it to Ian and the staff at Kettering laptops they did a phenomenal job , they not only reared it but they went in depth and what they did to it they fitted me a brand new cpu cooler and installed windows with all the relevant drivers , can’t recommend Kettering laptops any more 10/10 service Thanks Kyle!

I would 100% recommend Kettering Laptops 1st class customer service, Took my laptop in for a replacement screen on Friday14/07/2023 got the laptop back all fully functional on Monday 17/07/2023. If any of my family and friends ask for a repair service Kettering Laptops will top of the pile.

Excellent service; helped find replacement charger when I called up and had it ready for collection when I arrived; even offered to test it - service reminds one of why to avoid Currys/Amazon. Sincerely thankful… also bought some very reasonably priced computer equipment which was of good quality. Parking for thirty mins at street level in front of the shop was also very handy : Hope to see you again soon

Recently visited Kettering Laptops to get a couple of older hard drives tested.  Great service and very clear of the outcome. Full recommended to anyone needing some help and will use again.

Very quick service, managed to repair my broken laptop screen on the same day! Were really helpful and knowledgeable.

I have neglected my desktop computer over the years and Ian has fixed it twice. Extremely nice guy and did me a good deal with a really competitive price. Won’t go anywhere else from now on. Cheers

I needed a new desktop computer. I was concerned about my work on my existing PC as I have previous bad issues with other stores. As I am a pedestrian they collected my old PC and reinstalled all my work on a new PC and delivered it to my address and works perfectly. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Both men Ian and John new exactly what they doing and I would not hesitate to use them again.
