Some friends and I stopped for a coffee and cake one cold Sunday while out on the bikes. Looks to be an interesting place for a visit in better weather, I must admit I didn't have a good look round but there did seem to be several interesting places to visit.

I took my 4 year old grandson to the Glass and Craft centre. There is a range of activities and the staff are very helpful and friendly. He chose the wood painting and the sand art. It took 2 hours and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We were given drinks and there were refreshments on sale. After that we went to The Copper Kettle and had lunch. Again we were very pleased with the choice of food. A lovely place to spend a few hours.

Great food, nice location and adequate parking. If the cafe had offered an all day breakfast, I'd have awarded five stars.
