We are one of the UK's leading venues for holistic retreats and have facilitators returning year after year to hold their retreats with us.

Call or email us for information about renting the house for your own retreat or come to one of our Open Days that we hold around six times each year; for those interested to have a look around when the house is empty.

Chef Dom and Chef Oliver will be creating exciting vegan and clean meals during your stay, and you will be amazed at how varied a plant-based diet can be.

Our stunning 16th Century Grade Two listed Tudor house sits atop a hill with spectacular views across unspoilt countryside. There is a lake to walk around, gardens to sit in and a tennis court should you wish to let off steam!

We also have on offer our Mid-Week Mini-Retreats: less intense than the full-on weekend retreat. One thing is for sure -you leave feeling more positive, and more comfortable in your own skin.
