Amazing Ali goes out of his way to help. Has the ability to think and solve problems outside the box and is very polite and capable. A great service and competitive.Would highly recommend.
Ali was fast and efficient. He even asked a few questions beforehand to ensure my battery replacement was actually necessary. He needed to order my replacement Nexus 6P battery as it's not a common device but I didn't have to pay for it until after the battery replacement was complete. Even though my Nexus 6P is not a common device and the battery replacement for it requires a bit of skill and care Ali handled it easily. Thanks Ali!

I had a bad experience here unfortunately. I took a perfectly functioning phone in with a cracked screen to get fixed, but when I got it back overdue the audio was broken. After leaving my phone with them overnight and at additional cost for 2 days to fix this, when I came to pick it up the screen was now faulty, and was overly sensitive during calls. My impression was they were not rigorous enough to fix one issue without creating another, and worse were defensive and unapologetic when questioned. They wouldn't give me a discount on the second repair, as they claimed they had already given me a discount on the first repair -the cracked screen - which was true - but surely if they are going do another faulty repair I deserved another discount? I wouldn't recommend.
Unlocked a brand new dual sim S10+ from EE. Told me it would take 24 hours and that's exactly how long it took. Good communication. No problems at all, code worked first time. Thanks.
The man Ali is technically a capable person who knows mobile technology very well. I came after visiting three shops who wasted my time and rest. Seems very patient. He knows awareness of time and his cost is really reasonabl. Need not to note his warm reception but his smile is an extra bonus. Paid £90 for a smashed phone screen repair and now my phone types funny. Also bought a screen cover which only when I returned home realised he put one on my phone which was the wrong size. Also they only take cash. Pretty dodgy place.
I highly recommend for shoppers of electronic devices this shop, professionally run by a shop manager Ali. The best prices of mobile phones in London and one of the best professional services and knowledge of products by him.
Fantastic customer service. They are so helpful and they have everything in stock here! I couldn't find anywhere else what I could find here. Really pleased to have found this place for all my mobile phone needs.
