The Apple Store inside the Westfield centre. Located on 2nd floor. The store is not huge, but plenty of staff. Appointments are highly recommended. We got an appointment for accessories to get screen protection and case for our iPhone. Although running late for 20 min, they still accepted our appointment and we got what we were looking for fairly quickly. The staff was very friendly. Will visit this Apple Store again if needed.
These guys went above and beyond for me. Definitely better for battery replacement than third party for newer phones or laptops due to their convoluted design and proprietary parts. Great shop; but Apple would do a great service by embracing Right to Repair
The Apple Products are top quality! This shop includes the latest apple products, including the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Mac Pro!
The worst customer service you could ever imagine. I will never go back to this store. I had a problem with my laptop, and went there hoping they could fix it. There were several workers doing nothing or simply talking to each other, and they told me that the estimated waiting time was 2 hours. I didn’t complain, but those two hours ended up being 3 and a half. When my turn came, a woman with red hair and her colleague a guy that was being trained I suppose “checked” my laptop, but kept talking to each other about the problem, without even telling me what was happening. She went on to calculate the cost for replacing the screen of my laptop, when it was clearly still functioning and the problem was in the system. Basically, I waited almost 4 hours just for someone to tell me that the screen needed to be changed. This could have been done in 10 minutes, as I repeat there was staff available. I hate to be rude or complain as I myself I work in customer service and I know how difficult this can be. However, the service I received was really bad, they wasted my time and didn’t solve my problem.
I went up to this female staff who was clearly NOT working and was on her phone during work hour. So I went up to her and ask for direction, she gave me this “wtf you are doing” verbal cues and took me that she was business. Is this how an apple service employee should be? Pretty disappointed, Tim
Minimum 20 minute wait even when you make an appointment or even just drop something off for repair. Initially told nothing wrong with the hardware. Went back again as laptop still malfunctioning and found £160 worth of hardware problems for which they didn’t have the parts. Was told my repair would be done in 10-14 days. When I chased this on day 14, they hadn’t even looked at the laptop and found that another part they didn’t have was needed. Was then told it would take another 14 days to fix. Very long hold queue on the phone. Everyone friendly but ultimately not particularly helpful or efficient.
I booked an appointment to take my Air pods gen 3 to the store. The technician had a quick look and said this is normal. He then brought a display model and showed me that it was the same. I said this must have been opened/closed numerous times and my is bought recently. He said that I must have played with it lots of times which has caused it. Can you imagine? It was a wasted effort to travel and speak to the technician. There was no proper care for the customer. This is exactly how I felt so I am leaving 1 star.
5 star turned to a 1 star. Why do you give out appointment times if you cannot respect your commitment to existing customers........? Been waiting for over an hour now for a Genius appointment. Still nice people though so added a star there.
The store was very crowded, however we were serviced within 2 minutes upon arrival. The Apple specialists was very attentive to my needs. She did not rush me nor oversale me on products. We walked out of there with exactly what I needed and wanted. Yes, the store was crowded, but when it came to customer service it was as if we were the only people in the room.
be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment. Minimum 30 min . A lot of staff moving aimlessly but not to serve you
