I had to get a prom dress altered very last minute and the service was wonderful. I let them know the urgency of the dress and they got right to the job. My dress was altered in a week and fitted in a day. You can’t tell the dress has been altered and they were able to add padding in the dress that is unnoticeable. Qazal and the owner were very kind and patient while fitting my dress. They listened to what I wanted and fixed it promptly. The place is also very pretty and clean with nice sunlight and a lovely plant. Also, there is a private space where you are able to try on what has been altered, which is perfect. The conversation there is welcoming. You can tell the staff care, the owner came in on her day off to help fit my dress. Fantastic service. Thank you so much and I will be back. : I will picture the before and after below.
Queens Cleaner was recommended to me by a local store as my daughter needed a vintage dress altered for her grad. This is a delicate dress with major alterations to be done. The alterations were perfect and the dress fit beautifully. When we returned later with a different issue - related to the type of fabric, the cause was explained and had it fixed within the hour. The work on the dress was not the only great experience - the care and kindness extended with each visit made each trip downtown worthwhile. I do not live in the core but will make the extra effort to bring my alterations and repairs here in the future. I have had many pieces altered in the past in various places and I know that this is the place I can trust and appreciate to do the work right.
I got my prom dress altered here and they did a great job, it fits like a glove. After the first round of alterations I noticed something I didn’t love and they happily took the dress back to fit it to exactly how I wanted free of additional charge. The service was very friendly and fast, I would definitely recommend.
The absolute BEST alteration service! I’m new to the city and I went somewhere nearby me, and the man looked at me and just said “no its too hard” so I came to Queen Dry Cleaners & yes the service was hard but they never complained, and were so speedy and effective with the service. I could not have asked for better work! I will only be coming here from now on!

Great service, very quick turnaround and very convenient location/hours. Qazal was a huge help with fixing some colour bleeding I had in a blazer and now it looks even nicer than when I first bought it! Can’t recommend it and her enough.
The owners of this shop are so lovely! They did a fantastic job altering and cleaning my intricate vintage wedding dress. Their work is excellent, prices are very reasonable and turn-around is quick. Highly recommend!
