THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER.

Having submitted an application - We called to express our disastisfaction with the service and handling of our application. 

We called to speak to the case handler 3 times a day for 2 days and received no update or response. When we did get through we expressed how unhappy we are about the service had received. 

Our case handler, said on the basis of our complaint, he will no longer be proceeding with our application. Any company that doesn't allow complaint or room for growth is one that will fail.
