Must emphasise that l had gone for specific products so l didn't look around the rest of the store. The 5 stars are based on the friendly and helpful staff and the availability of suitable foods. My rescue hound, Loki, is only allowed low-fat foods due to a long-term term health issue. They had a good selection, albeit not cheap, but comparable to other stores. I think it's a good idea that they are all together saves looking at every packet they have! The aisles are wide so would easily take a wheelchair / motorised scooter, and there is disabled parking spaces near the entrance. On a bus route.
Sarah was super friendly and helpful in helping find a dog harness that fitted our lab. I would have no problem recommending this pet store.
An excellent store and offers a wide range of products and services. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Louise. We took our boys for a grooming, one of which is nervous but with the caring nature of Shannon he was fine in the end. They are highly recommended.

Took my puggle in to have her nails clipped, as she won't allow me near her with the clippers. They were lovely ladies, and managed to do her, despite her being a wriggly nightmare!

Had dogs nails clipped they were very professional and obviously love dogs, will go again.
I go in every week for treats for my dogs, the staff are happy, friendly and polite, loads of choice and variety plus there's plenty of room to park my lorry in the car park which is a bonus
Pet store plus on site Dog Grooming service. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
