Tina and her team worked hard to sell my Mum's house at a time when economic uncertainty badly impacted the market. I felt that it was easy to talk to them - they listened to our suggestions when we reviewed the whole situation several times. Finally the right buyer came along. Kennedy,s came to value my property in early February 2022. Tina Cornish,s valuation was considerably higher than either of the other two local agents. This was not however why I instructed her to act for me. I felt that she regarded houses as people,s homes, rather than just a financial investment, but of course they are that too. Because Tina knows and understands, Bridport, it's property and its people so well When my home went onto the market , she already knew several people who might be interested, and was in touch with them. and put up signs to help find the location. Within 3 days the full asking price was offered, and I took it off the market. It didn't go onto the Kenbedy,s website,  nor onto Right Move, so unnecessary viewings were avoided, for which I was grateful. When the buyer had nerves, and tried to reduce their offer, Tina went above and beyond her responsibility to reassure and encourage them, and achieved this with only a small drop in price. Local knowledge helped get a quick sale to the right buyers at the right price for us. They have recently changed their website and unfortunately it's not as good as previous one. Had a job to find properties including one had previously viewed. That said, the staff and business are excellent.

Just sold my property with Kennedys and I am so glad I used them. Tina and Christy were a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process, even when we had a blip with the buyer. Completely recommend this team. Fantastic service.
