I arrived in pain and with restricted movement. I am leaving pain free, feeling stronger and more confident than I was before my car accident. I have enjoyed my time at Kendal physio, everyone has been so friendly and welcoming and I have felt very safe and well looked after in Richard’s capable hands. I feel motivated to continue building and maintaining my strength and fitness. Thank you so much to Richard and his team.
My experience with Kendal Physio has been excellent. I really appreciated the collaborative approach to my injury rehab. As a martial artist, my training goals and achievement goals where taken into account and my rehab plan help me work towards these. My sporting background wasl all accounted for and my rehab plan not only help to alleviate my injury but also build my strength and mobility in the effected area in a way that benefits my martial arts. So overall I came out of my injury rehab not only without injury, but in better condition than before I got injured, and with no doubt that this will help prevent future injuries.
No reservations leaving a recommendation. Mary has been providing physio treatment to me for some time. At all times I've found her to be supportive, professional and diligent. She meticulously gathers information and tailors step-wise treatments accordingly. I'm still not 100% but I have made significant strides under her guidance.
Following a fell running injury I was treated by John Bagge over a number of weeks at Kendal Physio and Well-being Centre. The clinic is quite new and very clean. The equipment is very clean and in good condition. John was very professional and, at the start of my course of treatment, spent time identifying the cause and exact nature of my injury. From that point onwards he set me on a course of exercise based active recovery using exercises he recommended,, supported by further consultations and physio.. The injury is now hopefully well on the way to recovery. My only other thought relates to cost, Could the consultation prices be reduced a little? Overall, very satisfied. Thanks. Dave B.
I cannot thank Sarah enough for getting me back up and running this year, literally. A year ago I was a bit lost with sciatica. The advice from my GP at the time did not seem to be making any difference and I continued to be in a lot of pain. I joined Sarah's Pilates class and have attended a series of physiotherapy consultations with Sarah too. Whether in Pilates or the physiotherapy consultations, Sarah has been and continues to be a really great help and provide really good advice and support with tailored exercises. I am now enjoying my running again with comfort and confidence.
Alison and Mary worked with me following my pregnancy. They made me feel comfortable, well supported and gave me achievable goals each appointment. I am now happily running again and have confidence that my body is ready to do so.
Fab experience. All staff lovely, polite, professional and very helpful. My Physiotherapist Mr John Bagge has been brilliant. Very thorough, very professional. Gave me plenty of information. Answered all queries and questions in detail. Treatment was very good. I’ve fully recovered & I’m enjoying my tennis, walks & other activities.
Alison provided a clear and detailed approach to treating my discomfort and helped me get back to running again. I felt like I was in very good hands and well cared for. I would certainly return for treatment in the future.

I have used Kendal Physio for two injuries now and in both cases found them efficient and professional in every way. Being able to get a prompt appointment improved my recovery time a lot as well. My physio - John Bagge - was very supportive, explained everything carefully and went the extra mile to tailor the exercises to my particular needs and situation for which I am very grateful.
