We got some vouchers as a present on the 17th of December £20 just tried to use them on the 28th of April no expiry date on them to be told that they informed people on social media they were no longer accepted this was on the 4th of January 2018 surely they should not have sold them knowing that they would not be valid absolutely disgusting. i tried to speak to them and was told several times. I apologize for the inconvenience .I feel that is not good enough and would like my money back which you obtained i feel dishonestly.

UPDATE: My partner has had a call from the Manager to apologise and has offered us a free meal and a refund. Hopefully the next time will be better, all we wanted was decent customer service so thank you to the Manager. I would give zero stars if I could! Ordered a takeaway, an hour and 20 mins later I phoned the restaurant and asked where the delivery was, they told me If was on the way with no apology! Another 30 mins later still not here and I phoned again, still no apology so I cancelled. Waiting over 2 hours for a delivery is totally unacceptable but absolutely shocking customer service is unforgivable.

Superb man vs food style burger. Really enjoyed a trip there with my son. Handy for the motorway too. Lovely to see an independent local company doing something a bit different.

2hours wait and the food was shocking bones in the burger , cold chips bbq chicken wings that didn't taste like bbq at all first time trying and the last time

Fantastic service! Dave and all HIS employees were up day and night giving us the best service we could’ve hoped for. Tasty food, excellent drinks. All 34 of us felt really welcome. USE this place guys! And If you stay at travelodge, give Dave a call, maybe he could fix you up with some breakfast...
