Had chips 3 times in the last fortnight. Firstime gave the benifit. But after today will never step foot in there again. Chips straight in bin all small hard bits disgusting.
I ordered fish and chips, and a portion of sausage and chips. The gentleman in the shop was putting fresh fish and sausage in the fryer,I thought brilliant!, but alas no we ended up with fish and sausage that had been left out. On the counter great
Agree with fellow comments.... Chips pale appeared under cooked yet hard and greasy. Fish was coated in a weird batter. We too ended up throwing whole lot in the bin.... A waste at £16.10

This plaice takes the absolute P. Just paid for a large chips and this is what i got. Why do you even bother opening the shop? None of you enjoy working there as your always Pd off when a customer walks in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Today got fish and chips twice chucked chips away as really hard like they was fried yesterday batter on fish was wierd texture and funny taste very disappointed not worth the £17 I paid when 90% of it went in the bin

First time customer. Big queue outside the door at 6pm on Friday 15th Always a good sign!!. Ordered medium cod and large chips. The fish was well cooked and the portion of chips was huge!! Excellent value for money. Would recommend anyone to give it a try.
Portion sizes for chips are good, fish and other stuff to eat are good. The price on the food are a bit high. On a busy night you have to wait a long time, but they do cook to order most of the time so that's good. They dont really have car parking or a parking lot but you can park on the street though so thats not to bad. Nice and clean in their so that's good. The staff are friendly for the most part so thats good. But one thing i will say is one day the chip's are wicked good then another day you will get chips they are bad. As in the chip's have green and black bits on them. Or they are over done and are all crispy and have load's of hard bits on them. I think it's all about who's cooking them that night but i could be wrong. As like i said some time's they have green bits on them and cooking them will not do that so I'm not sure. But all in all it's a good chipy. So me and my family will give it a three star *** all round.
Just picked up takeaway. Got home only to find a lot less chips than usual, and my medium cod was minute. To add insult to injury they had run out of peas. Quality was good as usual but I was very disappointed.
