Unfortunately had the same experience as the person who left a review 8 months ago! Come to do the survey at my house for my buyer, was in my home over 2 hours telling me about bad practice etc.... so asked him to do survey for the House i am buying. He immediately sent The payment details and i paid very quickly. Almost 2 months later i am still waiting for the report after endless calls, voicemails, emails. Many calls avoided and when he did answer explained that his getting round to it. The person I am buying from took the day off of Work to allow him to do the survey after 3 weeks of us asking him to do it. He did not turn up! Asked to rearrange told me he has and will get report to me the next day. Near on 4 weeks later still waiting for the report and still no response to calls or emails. We are now looking to take this further, not only is this unprofessional and bad practice but has potentially meant the purchase of our house falling through as the slow process has meant people pulling out of the chain etc.... quite frankly do not use this individual, he clearly has no concerns about the consequences of his actions as i have read a number of reviews on different websites with the same problem.

Do not touch ! Took £144 to tell us his life story and never heard from him since. We made several calls to contact him left messages and no reply. My advise stay well clear.
