We switched to Keepers Accountancy just over 2 years ago and have not looked back.  Their service is over one-third cheaper than our previous accountant.  When we need to speak to someone, we can ring up and know that we will get through, and get an answer.  This year, they've also managed to turn around our annual accounts very quickly too. My experience of Keepers is that they provide and efficient service at a low price. They are also available to help when required and take the time to help explain things when asked. Overall, I'm pleased to have them as accountants for our business.

It should be noted that the 3 negative reviews below (two from Hazledean and one from McCabe) are Husband, Wife and Daughter and should be read as one review not three separate incidents.

I moved Ion Glass to Keepers a couple of years ago because I met Chris Halward - who offered and delivered on a highly pro-active accountancy service. When Chris left, Keepers 'reverted to accountancy type', with adequate service delivery but zero pro-activity.  Non-standard stuff around our R&D return showed limitations of their experience.  Ion has now moved on to a larger practice.  Most recently, however, Keepers demonstrated some of the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever had the misfortune to experience 2nd hand, when my wife and daughter's business also chose to move accountants.  If you are looking for a new accountancy practice, Keepers are cheap but you do only get what you pay for!!  Take care.

Great service. Extremely happy with Keepers having moved my business to them a couple of years ago. Would recommend, both for their accountancy and advice.
