Excellent service from both Peter and Rob in the showroom right through to the delivery guys. Absolutely delighted with our new sofa and the efforts that Keens took to make sure we had our new sofa before the Easter weekend. 100% recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of denise getting us all sorted and set up with our furniture. Nothing at all wos a hassle for her,she advised us on every little detail,and as you can see she got the finished product PERFECT!! Lovely shop that we’d never visited before. We were unsure of exactly what sort of suite we were looking for but with advice from the very helpful and pleasant Denise we ordered a sofa and chair. She advised without pressure and helped us stay within budget, suggesting various options until we were happy. We visited Keens on three occasions, before deciding to buy. On each occasion we were met with civility; given space to browse; and given expert guidance/ advice when we asked for it. At no time were we pressurised in to making a decision. As Peter said, ‘Better to go off Home, think things over and come back when sure.’ We felt Peter was a super Salesman who new his Product range well. We now await delivery.

Thank you to Peter Noble for all his guidance and advice in the purchase and delivery of a new suite which was manufactured and delivered on time.The two guys who delivered on the day were excellent taking extreme care and when finished removed all packages and took them with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Keens Furniture Belfast.

A very nice family run shop. Staff are brilliant, unbelievable selection of furniture at brilliant prices. Definitely will be going back when replacing furniture is required

Can’t recommend this store highly enough. Found the store by contacting Calligaris in Italy to enquire about a piece of furniture. They directed me to KEEN’S BELFAST as their dealer for Northern Ireland. You wouldn’t realise from the outside how big it is. Three floors and very elegant and stylish pieces within. Also some great sale and clearance items. Peter helpfully guided me through the best process for buying furniture for the first time. It is an calm and well configured showroom. As we’ve just moved in, a massive help is that their warehouse is in Belfast close to the store itself. The lead times for buying furniture are massively long if you’ve just moved into an unfurnished house. From this store we actually managed to have a key piece of furniture into our house in 2 days! Not 2 or 12 weeks as quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend!
