I was involved rtc going work, car went into kc autos for a new wing and bumper repair, got the car back within a week and they have done a fantastic job it looks like a new car, they cleaned in inside of it which I wasn't expecting, very friendly and great communication, would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants their car fixing, and I would have no problem with my car going back to them well done kc autos. The bumper of my car was repaired by KC autos as part of an insurance claim. Several weeks after receiving the car back, parts of the bumper starting falling off, and front wheel arch flew away while driving on the motor way. Not only was the repair substandard, but when I tried to arrange this being fixed, I have been cancelled on twice. Both of these times I have had to take time off work, and on one of the occasions I had to call them to find out that they were not bothering to come. Absolutely disgusted with the service.
Absolutely fantastic company. Completed accident damage repairs on my car in 9 working days, less than 2 weeks!!! Car was cleaned inside and out which i wasn't expecting but very grateful for! Everyone on site was really nice and helpful and totally worth every penny! 100% would use again and i implore every to ignore the bad reviews, we all have negative experiences somewhere, at some time, but the reviews on here do not reflect this business at all. 100% happy, 100% would use them again. thank you KC team!Service: Body & Trim

Do not use. Car went in 3 times. Hoopers independent surveyors found a multitude of errors, the car then went to KC in Blackburn. Better but now the paints peeling back off.Services: Body & Trim
Really very disappointed with repair.ruine my car. Change one head lightand now one brand new other old one. Two different headlights. Looks very bad. But no one bothered and been cant do or can’t help. My car value after this repair finished.
My car went there due to garage recommended by insurance company. Since coming back my brakes have felt not sufficient. I had a high impact collision not my fault! And found out that garage has only replaced the exterior and nothing mechanical has been checked I.e. breaks which you thought would be checked due to my first instinct being to press then. Due to this and phone calls backwards and forwards. They now want me to get an independent report proving the damage was caused during the incident. Which will cost my £££. Therefore I recommend not using them for an mechanical problems as they most probably won’t check and cost the insurance company £££. Unless you physically spell it out to them.Service: General repairs & maintenance
If you're reading this, then hopefully it's before you decide if you should use KC autos to repair your car. Or if you're like me, you're reading the reviews to see if everyone else has had the same experience. I'll try and make it into a semi-interesting factual story for you. Spoiler alert: it's a 1 star review, so you know where this is going : 17th Sep I was leaving work late one evening when I was struck by another vehicle coming out a junction. Okay, things happen, cars can be repaired, no big deal, door needs replacing, a few dents and scuffs here and there. 20th Sep The insurance sent my car to KC autos, I expected it to take a few weeks with some body work required, the usual stuff. Mid Oct KC autos gave an estimated completion date, great, took a few weeks but that's okay. Late Oct KC autos called to say that the completion date will be moved back one week due to ordering parts etc. My initial naive thoughts were 'yeah not a problem, isn't it great when a company are transparent' Each week that passed, the completion date would go by... I would prepare the courtesy car with the same fuel they gave me, I would organise my days in work... We would call them up, they would reply: 'No sorry, another week, the door needs a seal and its on back order, here's a new date' The next week: I would prepare the courtesy car with the same fuel they gave me, I would organise my days in work... 'No sorry, another week, we now need a cable and it's on back order, here's a new date' The next week: I would prepare the courtesy car with the same fuel they gave me, I would organise my days in work... 'No sorry, another week, we need a bolt and it's on back order, here's a new date' And so on. Week 12 yes really KC autos: 'Right, were finally ready' Us: 'ah, great let's have a look... the paintwork is chipped' KC autos 'yes it is, sorry we will fix it today' The saga continues... Here's the rundown of my findings for those who just prefer bullet point reviews: I don't believe the dates you tell me. I don't trust you've done a good job. I don't believe you quality assure your jobs. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to you. If I heard of anyone about to use KC autos, I would actively not passively recommend they don't. You've cost me a lot of money in extra fuel I didn't need to spend, because of your incompetence. You don't even wear masks in your place of work. The aggravating factor to this story is that I was given a petrol courtesy car. I usually drive an electric car to work so this is now costing me an extra £300 per month to run 100 mile a day commute. But KC autos couldn't care less. Bottom line: If you want a peaceful stress-free life, DON'T USE KC AUTOS. Merry Christmas.
Leon and the team at KC Autos Winsford have been absolutely amazing with the repairs on my vehicle! Great communication from start to finish! I was absolutely devastated when the side of my car was damaged by a third party, as it was a right mess. I’ve had my vehicle dropped off today after being repaired and WOW it looks like I’ve just drove this from a show room!! I can’t thank you them enough for this! KC Autos you are amazing! Awful job they did on my car. My car went into them after someone hit me. The parts that they replaced where fine but the paintwork was shocking. They haven't let the paint dry properly and now I have finger print marks on my car where they resprayed it also a new scratch by where they repaired it that wasn't there before. The stress that this has caused me is horrible. Had to contact my insurance company to see if they can help and this needs sorting. Customer Service is also rubbish, never call you back when they say they will. Just posted the keys though my door so I couldn't even inspect the work. Told them to call me as I'd only be a few minutes way in work but no telephone call so I missed them. So upset and annoyedServices: Body & Trim
