Avoid Avoid!!!! Seriously Drama !!!! Rude staff  Josh  another think is waiting time and no customer toilet. i am read all reviews and they only apologise for everything but they still do nothing to get it better. 1- Josh should be sacked for customer service seriously rude person !!!!! 2- toilets or toy toys should be available on the yard for customers. 3- manager should be on the front all the time and look what the guys doing all day. they messing around thats why waiting time is very long .

I arrived before my time the security made me wait for long and the staff was rude and not helpful and unorganised, I recommend is avoiding buying car from winsford synetiq

Bought a car and travelled over 2 hours to get there. Unfortunately got stuck due to an accident on the motorway. Tried contacted numbers provided. All numbers have no response. Spoke to someone on live chat and they couldn’t help. I wasted my day to pick up my car and had to re-arrange. Synetiq should reason with their customers and accept our circumstances.

Only complaint   its all  on line . You  can't phone . To speak  to some one all on line with live chat  .Got the part from Doncaster sent to Winsford were I picked up great service

Disgusting company for buying cars. Bought a car which was nice on photos but in reality front windcreen loose, all roof rusted, loose cables under the dashboard, engine looks like like it's been on fire, engine didn't start at all. When reported to the office they said they not taking responsibility and its not their problem because it was fine earlier. Car should go straight into scrap not on an auction. So disappointed. Avoid. Don't let them robbed you.

I was there twice from Liverpool for my belonging left in a car which is written off the road by them. First time it was to late to give my item back cause it was 16.45. They told me that they will send me a package. After two weeks I went there again. They told then that it's weird, and they have no reference number of the package. Definitely weird. I was waiting for the package another two weeks and here you are: I hope the item is tasty you thieves. Stressful and disgusting.

Would give zero stars if I could arrived early for my appointment made me wait 3 and half hrs absolutely ridiculous
