This had wonderfully delicious food! Everything was seasoned and cooked well! The lamb was especially good in my opinion. However we enjoyed it all! The mezze is nice if you want some refreshing dips. The mixed grill was good for trying various things. The sultans grill comes on a good platter which was just plain fun! The desserts were good! Very different and interesting to try so that was nice. The service was excellent. They were super attentive and made sure to give us anything we needed. The atmosphere was fitting for a Turkish restaurant. It was fairly quiet but it made for a lovely evening. There was plenty of room in the restaurant as well!
I went for my birthday, everyone was very professional and receptive, and they gave me a traditional dessert with rose ice-cream as a courtesy. Thank you for the lady who served us all night. Everything was delicious, I had a ribs, which they cook for hours, it's delicious!!! Very tasteful. But my uncle and aunt didn't like the falafel, they said it wasn't tasting well. My brother had a burger which chips, my cousin a soup, and the rest of them I don't remember the name of the places I'm sorry. But I do recommend this restaurant, as a calm place with instrumental music only, low lights and calm people too, I felt very welcoming and happy there.
My partner and I had a table for his birthday celebration yesterday evening. We were warmly welcomed and seated promptly. Alam, who looked after our table, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She was also very helpful with the menu. We really appreciated the surprise birthday dessert with a candle! The drinks and food were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The portion sizes were perfect, not too big or too small. It was definitely worth a visit, and I strongly recommend it!
Came here for my birthday. We where seated straight away. Staff are very attentive to your needs. Restaurant has a relaxing ambience. Cocktails are amazing and the food delicious.
This is a fairly smart place. We were placed on couched seating in a corner which I personally dislike as you have to slide in and out of your seat and it feels claustrophobic. We were given complimentary bread and olives at first. Clearly one can only speak to the quality of what was ordered not the whole menu but this place is typical of other Turkish and Mediterranean restaurants grilled meat, set platters, limited vegetarian and vegan choices. We ordered jackfruit kofte, falafel, lentil soup, chicken shish, vegetable moussaka and mint lemonade drinks plenty of alcoholic drinks available. I only enjoyed the jackfruit kofte. Dessert was better with a good selection on offer, again typical baklava etc.. We had firin sutlac and ice cream. I recommend the former which was lovely especially with an English tea. The service was adequate but after being given the bill the waiter vanished without having presented the card reader so I had to fetch the maître d. The restaurant is not as lush as I would expect for a Turkish place having been to Istanbul before and I disliked the distinct lack of classical Ottoman music being played. This prevented the proper ambience from being present in the restaurant and instead the incessant conversations of the other diners was all I could mainly hear plus at one point a baby was screaming other than when talking discreetly myself. Whilst I didn't use the bathroom facilities myself I was told it is very small and claustrophobic. A 12.5% service charge is automatically added to every bill requiring you to ask for it to be removed which is somewhat embarrassing for customers. This is not an honourable way to treat diners. Vegetarian options: 4 vegetarian main courses but only 2 could be eaten by a vegan.

We had the perfect mezze lunch - Kazan is recommended for people who want to TALK to each other- soft background music - great acoustics - you can hear what your friends are saying. Beautiful toilet on ground level and delicious food. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian mezze totally recommended - they were all delicious.
Absolutely fantastic food and service! Usually I'm looking to get out of a restaurant as soon as I have eaten but not here...no no no...I was do relaxed and chilled I stayed for nearly 2 hours picking at my food hoping it would never finish! 3 course dinner for two ppl with drinksseveral!! and lentil soup aswell all for £100 in central London... can't go wrong!
Pleasant evening in Kazan at around 6:30 with a friend. Loved the dim light and faint music in the background vibe - definitely helped unwind after a busy work day. I didn't check the menu beforehand so was slightly surprised about how pricey it was.. but the food is quality and the service is speedy so I guess as a whole, it was worth it. Would be great to have a smoothie option or at least diversify your nonalcoholic drink section. But overall pleasant restaurant with good food.
Arrived quite late in the evening but no problem with entry. Seated by very friendly servers. Food was absolutely delicious with good portions and well presented. The wine menu is very good too and has a great selection of spirits. The bill was slightly more than we expected but felt it was worth it due to the location and the fantastic friendly staff and felt under no pressure to leave after we finished our meal. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely evening.
