The best helpful staff in the shop. They help other customers with anything they need. Best pet shop in Radford.

New owners are amazing and have got a variety of staff who are very helpful and very kind love this pet shop would recommend it

Despite advertising that they were open they were not. Returned later still not open. No notice saying why. Place looked a tip i feel sorry for any animals that may have been there.

Rude staff. It feels they don't like to talk to customers. I don't feel a welcoming atmosphere at all. Very disappointed.
