I have been going to Pilates classes at Katie Bell for getting on for two years. I love it! I tried different places before but this studio is the best. Instruction is highly professional and knowledgeable but also accessible and supportive - very important to me as a 60+ participant. There are different levels and types of class - I have found all those I have tried to be of a very high standard. The availability of high quality physio is also great if it is needed. One of the best things is that clients are seen as individuals and guidance is given on this basis. There is a real team atmosphere at Katie Bell!

I’d been suffering from hip pains for months which impacted my game massively (football) and it also started affecting my day to day life! A fellow team mate recommended Katie Bell Physiotherapy & Wellness. I spoke to someone straight away & started sessions with Simon within the same week. All of the staff I have met are extremely friendly, approachable & offer great advice. The environment is very relaxed & I have full trust in Simon! His knowledge and guidance has not only helped me get my leg/hip back to its original strength but it’s also beginning to be stronger than it’s ever been & I’ve also learnt a little something about muscles along the way. Simon has created a very detailed exercise plan which has helped me build strength & has also eased me back into training with confidence. I’d definitely recommend Katie Bell Physiotherapy & Wellness!

I have been using Katie Bell as my physiotherapist for a number of years now and would not go to anyone else. I play lacrosse to national and county level and have had a history of issues with my hamstrings and various other injuries that come with playing a contact sport. Katie has always been able to offer me excellent treatment and got me back playing as soon as possible and so I recommend her to all of my friends and teammates. I also attend a Pilates class there on a weekly basis and have found it to be a huge help with my overall flexibility and core strength. All of the instructors are excellent and extremely knowledgeable.

I was introduced to Katie Bell through my dance studio and went with an over 10 year old injury on my ankle. With a combination of acupuncture, exercise and massage, my ankle has improved so much now. The increased range of movement is noticeable in my every day life and I get pain less frequently. So much so that when I went to New York, I didn't have to worry if it was going to stop me from making the most of walking around the city for 4 days. I will I had been introduced to Katie years ago!

I can not rate this place highly enough!!! I have been for physio, Pilates & massage. The professionals who work there are knowledgeable, enthusiastic & generally brilliant! The admin team are really welcoming and helpful. I have recommended the place to various friends and family and all have had really positive experiences & got the results they wanted. Fabulous place & team! Top marks!
