We went during the week, a little after 8pm. The place was fairly empty as it was less then half full. We ordered a hot chocolate and 3 sundaes... The hot chocolate arrived within 5 minutes, but after waiting 45 minutes for the sundaes, I walked up to the counter and asked them why it was taking so long - at this point, several groups had already arrived after us and were already eating their desserts. When I got to the counter, the staff were standing around, not doing much, and with no sign of our (or anyone's) desserts, yet it took a minute or 2 before they decided to ask me if I needed anything... When i asked why it was taking so long, I was told they are very sorry but they are very busy and short staffed... This was clearly a lie as they had roughly 55% - 60% seating available, and they had the same amount of staff as when I have seen them at their busiest (even then our orders arrived within 10 minutes). After complaining, our dessert arrived within 5 minutes. Clearly they had simply forgotten about our order, and thought they could lie their way out of it...

26/06/17 Last time I went their it was my sister birthday and we sat in the booth also my mum came and she was in a wheelchair and the staff got really rude, the food was nice but to big for smaller eaters. The staff need more customer training.29/03/18 Went there again no of the same staff as first open and the staff are really aggressive to the costumer. Also a long long wait for food. Still big plate sizes.

I am currently sat in the Yeovil Kaspas branch, where we first had to wait 5 minuets to be seated as there was no staff on the floor. We have been waiting roughly 30/40 mins for a waffle and a sundae. I would love to get up and say something however I just witnessed another customer stand up and make the exact same complaint and the way tge staff spoke to her was absolutely disgusting whilst the manager was stood behind him not getting involved. She has just asked for the manager and complained again, glad to see he’s finally managing. I have worked in the hospitality and customer service industry for years and I have never seen anyone so rude with a lack of respect for the customer. When we placed our order with him he was rude, abrupt and not even paying attention to us. This restaurant is the worst establishment I have ever been to. I have now received my waffle, leaving my partner waiting even longer for her sundae. Unbelievable. The wait was 40 minuets which is just ridiculous really. Just to top things off the Caramel Choc Bombe contains no “choc” anywhere. Sort it out.
