Amazing service. Absolutely incredible. Stellar! Greeted with a sincere smile and a hello straight away, seated promptly- we weren't hassled when we were undecisive and the food was insanely better than we bargained for! We weren't left waiting around to ask for the bill or to pay the bill either which is where most places fall short! Insanely super happy when we came here and our waitress was superb!

I use to hate Frankie & Benny's due to everyone we went to offering poor service and food.. Yeovil's on the other hand has changed all that!! Excellent food and superb service as always!! Staff are amazing! Cannot fault at all..

It used to be such a great place! what happened? We sat for over an hour after ordering our meals to receive an extremly cold meal, as if it had been sat waiting to be served to us. It was also badly cooked and prepared. Have never had that experience here before and sadly will not be returning :(.

Food is underwhelming, drinks expensive, service is ok. A hefty bill for a decidedly average experience. Nothing there really to make me want to go again.
