Story

Karen's Little Kitchen @(formally Choc-la-te) is a lovely coffee shop set in the heart of Westhughton, we serve delicious coffee, specialty tea,hot chocolate, homemade cakes, biscuits and handmade chocolate.
We also offer a celebration cake service and cater for all celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and Christenings. We can also provide bespoke chocolate designs to sit on top of your cake or as a gift.

Afternoon Tea is one of our specialties and we are able to cater for private parties for adults and children - but please book in advance.

Visited between Christmas and New year,  it was a miserable day and my family had come to visit me.  There was 6 of us and as we walked in we were created and made to feel very welcome.  Table were set out for 2 & 4 and we were told 'feel free to move the tables'. 
Our order was taken promptly and everything prepared fresh.  The food and drinks were all hot,  fresh and tasty.  I had the afternoon tea for 1 a great idea as everywhere I have ever been I have only ever seen this for 2 people. 
I have visited this cafe before and very glad it was the place I took my family.  I will be returning. 
Places like this deserve the business and success.

We came here last year on our annual visit to a good friend. We had to visit again this year. A friendly cosy warm tea room.  Yet again the standard of food and service is amazing and we're already planning next year's visit.  The ham sandwich was to die for and the BBC is also highly recommended. Many thanks Karen, looking forward to seeing you again.

Went today with my son for a late lunch. Could not recommend enough either for breakfast, lunch or just a brew and a cake! Food was lovely the people serving are lovely and the afternoon tea looked amazing. Support this local business by paying them a visit, you will not be disappointed.
