TERRIBLE service, don’t rely on this chemist or pharmacist. Prescription sent through by GP before lunch and went to collect at 6pm, told that it was not available as had to order and won’t be available until Monday. 3 days after medication needed. Rang surgery to be told it’s the pharmacist problem, rang the pharmacist to be told NOT his fault, he didn’t have to let the surgery know that it was out of stock before 12 today, talk about pass the buck - this isn’t band cream I’m after, it’s medication!!!!!!
I want to share with you how amazing the free delivery service is, not only does this help out massively if you are unwell but also if you don’t drive. You sign up in store and the delivery drivers have so much knowledge and enjoy answering your questions on the doorstep. In particular Kevin was so helpful when we went on holiday, suspending my daughters medication temporarily and re-starting it when we returned without any need to try and hassle the doctors surgery. He also advised me on the best things to do when taking controlled drugs into another country for myself, advising me to carry a covering letter from my GP. Kevin goes above and beyond the call of duty and is much more than just a delivery driver. He is an asset to the Kamsons team. Well done that man !
Shocking! Will NEVER use again. Male member of staff ONLY ONE who was useful. Prescription sent by EMERGENCY GP after closing Saturday lunchtime as nobody able to collect. Despite repeated promises to deliver, eventually received WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, despite repeated promises to try to deliver Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. One female member of staff even lied about when 'script arrived, then accused ME of lying, before hanging up on me!!! Disgusted. Buxted Medical Centre, despite having staff shortages due to sickness and Xmas rush, delivered a different medication prescribed on Monday, approx 4pm by GP, was delivered TUESDAY AFTERNOON! Buxted FANTASTIC service, even under such difficult circumstances! Seriously considering contacting local newspapers. I am disabled with multiple medical conditions, including crohn's disease which is exacerbated by stress, which KAMSONS were made fully aware of upon each daily call. Only reason for 1 star is that this app doesn't accept NO stars!!!!!
1st class service received yesterday. Bell Farm Road pharmacy rang my GP and delivered my prescription on the same day. Thank you to the gentleman concerned.
My lorazepam were left hanging half out my letter box, when I phoned to complain I was told if I don't like it I can leave and go to another chemist is this acceptable behaviour?
