hygine rate for this place is 4/5 and you don't have to wonder why! while we waited for our order a member of staff came from outside didn't want his had and was handling food. another staff was taking orders, serving food and touching food! we got some chicken the salt was so high that it was enough to give you heart attack and unbearably hot! Spend around £9 but after two piece of chicken it went in the bin. however staff were polite. Kid-friendliness: children are welcome and menu available for children.
Yesterday I went there the staff was weird when I ask for extra sauce they all get shocked and didn't give me the sauce they were so rude and the taste of the food was horrible fries gave the taste of fish the oil wasn't changed and wings had no flavor. Not recommended
My first time ordering from here and wasn't happy with the service at all. The communication between staff is terrible. They don't seem bothered at all. Food on the other hand was not satisfied with either. The burger was soggy, it was filled with too much sauce. 80% of the burger was the salad, sauce and bun and there was very less chicken. The sweet chilli sauce was so thick and tasted too sweet. Not worth the money or time!! Won't be ordering from here again neither recommend this place.
Food is average, chicken is too salty but the biggest problem here is the young very foul mouthed moody man that works in the counter. I've seen him being very foul, moody and aggressive with delivery drivers and customers on two separate visits. He is a very unpleasant human being. Won't be returning.Food: 1/5
I don’t think Burger King has anything to worry about, came in for the new Al safa Whopper, more like a 99p burger. Not value for money compared to many others. A £2 meal, charged £4 100% over priced!
The food overall was good. They give a lot of donner meat and me being a big foodie I was very full it was also very flavourful. The chips were okay so we’re the wings. The grilled chicken did lack a bit of flavour on the outside but the inside was moist. Will recommend for those who haven’t tried.
Hi restaurateur, reviewers, diners and fans. This was the only place that served healthy food as well as your fried at 5pm that was still open whilst the other two in Burdett Road Mile End Rd side that was putting their chairs up for end of day closure. Food was good - Gourmet Burger and Grill Burger meal. Taste compared to experiences of all grill places reviewed to 2020 February in Google is TasteFactor™3.5 of 5. Had requested the burger not to be charred/burnt marks, they tried their best however, it's not their speciality since not many people know burnt food is one of the source of cancer according to WHO, and probably customers are still loving the burnt taste on their taste buds. ‍⏳Customer service from workers were genuinely pleasant SateFactor™ 4.5 of 5. Waiting was as informed 10 minutes, and well communicated ‍ The price were average good, not exorbitant for this decade and location £5 a quality meal although some places charge couple of dime more for the same taste and lesser service. Seating was comfortable, cushioned. Chairs were not too heavy to move around to sit comfortably. Environment was busy, DIY work was being carried out in the back temporarily - high decibel, along with customer's included children who were quite noisy contributing to dampened experience. Overall, I'd say it's a pleasant place to enjoy your evening as long as staff give due attention to the comfort of the dining experience of their customers.
Was walking around the area and saw their menu outside advertising 20 Naga wings for £9.99. Was caught off guard by how tasty these were when I got home, will definitely revisit! Great value and flavour.
Went looking for a small meal to get me by as i was on a budget and was running around doing household chores, the restaurant itself was clean, staff were attentive with the order, but for £2.49 the Kids burger,chips, drink was probably very bad value, I know things are hard but the size of the burger was like if it was made for a toddler? Ridiculously small and the portion of the chips was also well below average size, the taste was OK not great or terrible, the best bit about the whole meal was the chilly sauce a bit runny but at least it had a kick in terms of the spiciness.I only believe in being transparent so my suggestion would be for the menus to be reprised and for any potential customer to try and see for yourself, as for me I think I'll try to go somewhere else for my burgers which aquire to my stomach size! Vegetarian options: Saw some vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Enough seats for the family to eat. Wheelchair accessibility: Doors seemed wide enough to fit a wheelchair user.
My usual go to place however i found this in my food today. seemed like a bit of plastic, not too sure but definitely wasn’t food. Not very happy :
