Went in and ordered takeaway on new-year eve, extremely busy with orders telephone and walk in. Took 1/2 hour for our order but as I said very busy. All meals cooked to perfection and correct. YumFood: 4/5
Absolutely disgusting customer service I would rather eat food from a bin then go back here extremely rude staff and don't acknowledge when they are wrong this was called KS garden and now it's called hk takeaway I honestly can't see how this place is still running the food isn't bad to be honest but the staff are jokes especially the male on the counter taking orders in the blue Taiwan cap I would strongly urge everyone to avoid

I've used this takeaway for years and it is consistently good and good value. However, they have no Covid guidelines implemented. No QR code, no floor markers, no sanitiser and cash payments only. There's no sign on the door limiting the number of people in the shop and no system for letting you know that your food is ready if you opt to stand outside. I went yesterday and my order was delayed by more than half an hour. Although I would go again I would be extremely cautious, maybe going much later to collect my order.
I must have chosen the wrong dish. Not good quality beef and quite spicy. I'll not return.
29 pound order missing items when home very poor quality
Rang my order in. I was told it'll be an hour before it would be ready. After an hour I went to pick it up. And stood for another 50 minutes at the counter waiting. Watching people walk in order and get their food before me. No apology. No little discount and not even free prawn crackers. Used KS for over 20 years. Food is good, but service is diabolical. Very reluctant to use again.
I don’t normally get food from KS Garden but I thought I would for a change. I gave it a chance. Worst Chinese I’ve ever had! The rice tasted old and over cooked. I asked for no onions and peas, and they gave me onions and peas. The prawn crackers tasted stale and the curry sauce was too spicy. It was Unbearable!!! I gave it too the dog and even the dog wouldn’t eat it all. Never going there again!! Shame I can’t give lower than a 1 star
Never ordering again !!!! Ordered takeaway at 6.20 pm said it would be ready 35mins later at 6.55 pm sent for it to get picked up for them to stand there till 7.20pm I rang the person picking it up and still not got my order fumming 7.40pm still not got my order so at 8pm I went down and asked for a refund and then they said it was ready they have lost my custom now gone so down hill Bit of advice for owners Get more staff And defiently more chefs Or dont take to many orders you cant cope with making 1 hour and 40 mins not acceptable Also other 10 people in chinese not happy
