I’ve never had any issue here before. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming.  My partner got me chicken wings last night and I found a strand of hair in my chicken. I instantly felt irritated

I made an online order via Uber app. The chicken I received wasn’t cooked thoroughly and the coating was way too salty. As someone who’s pregnant, it is a risk for not only myself but also to the baby. I couldn’t eat it. I don’t want to put it in the oven as it might cause food poisoning. The strips came with this order didn’t look presentable. They looked stale. It’s very disappointing after spending so much of money you had to throw the food away.

consistently good food. service isn’t the best though, only reason i still order is because they make the best chicken around. order online for sure, unless you want to deal with their rude staff

I ordered burgers without any sauce got sauce on all the burgers clearly requested for no sauce have a EGG ALLERGY THEY STILL PUT MAYONNAISE IN THE BURGERS.clearly the staff are not trained to read the allergy description. The big guys get away with it clearly the environmental health do not care.JUST EAT NEED TO SORT IT OUT ALWAYS PUTTING MONEY FIRST NOT LIFE.

Shame less management poor customer service very bad behavior manager at the tile looks like she didn't even go school  she's didn't know anything about customer service. She's disrespecting customer she's really need to learn some basic    manner. She needs school class     at least 5 years that much she needs to improve there self. I can't believe how the owner give her responsibility .she's not eligible.  Never ever going back to this branch

The most horrible KFC I’ve ever been. We love KFC but this brunch has wrong staff. No manners what so ever.  I went with my wife and kids to have a nice meal but they ruined the day   I’m writing this comment so people like at the shop until the management actually takes this seriously. Because this is not only be the hundreds of comments which actually indicates the shop is one of the worst KFC. These people are damaging the brand value.  I’ve been giving reviews on Google for many years but I’ve never been as angry as today.  The shop was full of drivers and they don’t let any customers in very funny. Even though they had auntie Said and we agreed to go for the contract and trace from NHS. Decide this just wait outside “until the shop has less people” I asked the man how are you going to serve customers if you let us in and take a seat. They said once you said people can come in. Then why can you not sit and people can come in. The whole thing did not make sense.  This is not the first time. Is the third time in a row it happened with us. If you doubt I am uploading some images we can go check the meta data of the image and find out when were the pictures were taken.  After leaving the shop there was a driver suggest is us not to go there anymore. He said they’re always rude to the customers so less customer come in the shop, because usually they’re really busy with takeaway.  Then why don’t they serve customers. Shame on KFC for not actually looking into these things, even after so many complain.  2022 still the worst KFC in Birmingham

I visited KFC today and placed an order at the kiosk. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor attitude and behavior of an employee named Wasim, who identified himself as an assistant manager. His lack of professionalism was disappointing and affected my overall experience. I hope management can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.

Very bad attitude at the reception. If there's any owner  or manager must check the camera between 9pm to 9:40 pm and see how she tried the customer I never come this branch anymore and all of my friends and family please avoid this branch no manner at all avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. I am adding few more word Mr owner  I was with my wife and the lady who have white short hair was talking very badway  I am not gonna sit quite until I am hearing something positive from your side  u just say sorry that is not enough u must check the camera and find who is falti. If she's falti must remove her from the stuff. If you didn't take action I'll will directly complain to the birmingham council. I promise you I am not gonna sit quietly until I hear something from you

Just horrible.. wrong item sent which was a lot cheaper than what I ordered. Corn tastes out of date, burger was "assembled" very poorly with condiments all over the place.. will definitely never ordering from this particular KFC again. NEVER AGAINFood: 1/5

Bought some wings and they were really bad only had 2/3 but when i returned the rest manager Imran moaned I shouldn’t have had any. And only replaced what I hadn’t had.Food: 1/5
